The quiet waters of Yosemite Valley are home to some of California's most challenging Brown Trout in spring creek settings. The many small streams of the back country also provide a perfect setting for the beginning fly fisher with fast action for small wild fish.

The prime location of Yosemite Guides at the Park Boundary of El Portal, provides access to the Merced River's year-round fishing, and convenient seasonal access to many high-country lakes and streams. We fish the most productive waters in the Yosemite region by customizing our trips to best suit the season and varying conditions.
Many of our trips will take you into remote areas that are seldom seen by Park visitors. Our knowledgeable, experienced guides are certified casting instructors and experts in Yosemite's best fishing opportunities and of the surrounding environment and habitats.
